Social Media Features

Our Services may include social media features, such as those linked to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.  These features may collect information such as your IP address, the pages you are visiting, and may set a cookie to enable the features to function properly. Social Media Features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on the Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Notice Concerning The Information Of Children

Immipartner is not directed to children under the age of 13 and does not intentionally collect any information from children under the age of 13. Please contact us if your child has provided Personal Information to us and we will delete the information.

Fair Information Practices

The Fair Information Practices Principles form the backbone of privacy law in the United States and the concepts they include have played a significant role in the development of data protection laws around the globe. Understanding the Fair Information Practice Principles and how they should be implemented is critical to comply with the various privacy laws that protect Personal Information.

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur we will notify the users via email. We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.
